Property Requirements
Requirements for properties listed on Nomavaa
As our tenants include both international and Thai renters looking for monthly accommodation, properties should be move-in ready and have Wi-Fi installed.
Properties should meet the following requirements:
- 1Fully furnished — Equipped with essential furniture and appliances and ready for occupancy.
- 2Move-in ready — Or able to be prepared before the tenant moves in, including essentials such as bedding, towels, and toilet paper.
- 3Wi-Fi available — A minimum speed of 300/300 Mbps is recommended.
- 4A place to sit and work (if available)
- 5Located in Bangkok with convenient access — For example, near BTS or MRT.
- 6Clean
- 7Property information reflects the actual condition — Details and photos shown on Nomavaa must accurately reflect the actual property. Real photos of the property must be used, and AI-generated or AI-edited images that materially differ from the actual property should not be used.
