Property Photo Upload Guidelines
To help tenants understand your property clearly and ensure that the listing accurately reflects its actual condition, please prepare your photos according to the following guidelines:
Use recent photos of the actual property
Photos should accurately reflect the condition, furniture, and amenities that the tenant will actually receive.
Do not use AI-generated images
or edit photos in a way that makes the property appear different from its actual condition. Minor adjustments such as brightness, color, or cropping are acceptable, provided they do not materially alter the appearance of the property.
Show all key areas from multiple angles
Help tenants understand the size, layout, and overall condition of the property. This may include the living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, workspace, and balcony (if available).
Do not conceal important aspects of the property's condition
that could affect a tenant's booking decision.
We recommend including a photo of an actual Internet Speed Test result
If the property has Wi-Fi, consider including a photo of a speed test conducted at the property to help increase confidence in the information provided.
💡 Tip: Choose the photo you most want tenants to see as your cover photo, then arrange the remaining photos so tenants can understand the space and atmosphere of the property as if they were walking through it themselves.
