Required Documents

Documents required for identity and property verification

For individual landlords, please prepare the following documents for verification:

  1. 1Proof of identity — Thai national ID card or passport.
  2. 2Proof of property ownership or right to rent out the property — For example, a house registration, title deed, or other relevant supporting documents.

Nomavaa may request additional documents in certain cases as part of the verification process.
